ACR Network is inviting people to a get together

It is now already a tradition: every autumn ACR invites members, partners and customers to an exciting get together in the Austrian capital. Every year guests can expect exciting panel discussions and high-class representatives and guest speakers from the worlds of (research) policy and the economy.

During the ACR conference the ACR Cooperation Award will also be presented to entrepreneurs and ACR institutes that have implemented a successful R&D project together.

In 2010 ACR presented for the first time the ACR Woman Award to an upcoming female ACR scientist working in one of the technical professions. The aim of this award is to show the individual achievements of the scientist and actively highlight the gender situation in ACR institutes. ACR Woman Award winner 2011 is geophysicist Jördis Rosc from the Austrian Foundry Institute (ÖGI).

In 2011 the ACR conference was held high above the Vienna rooftops in the WKÖ Sky Lounge.
